“EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW IS NOT MERELY A CAPTION ON THE FACADE OF THE SUPREME COURT BUILDING. IT IS PERHAPS THE MOST INSPIRING IDEAL OF OUR SOCIETY… IT IS FUNDAMENTAL THAT JUSTICE SHOULD BE THE SAME, IN SUBSTANCE AND AVAILABILITY, WITHOUT REGARD TO ECONOMIC STATUS.”

My Legal Philosophy
My legal philosophy is founded on the belief that justice should actually apply to everyone - not just to those who have the money to pay for the best lawyer. This philosophy is at the core of all the work done at The Economist Attorney.
I am committed to using this platform to advocate for legal and economic reforms that address inequalities and promote fairness in society. I believe that informed debate and public engagement will drive much needed change in our legal and economic systems.
This commitment is displayed through the LEAF framework:
Legal Equity: Through my writing, I advocate for a legal system that is accessible to everyone, regardless of their economic or social status. The rule of law must ensure that everyone receives equal treatment.
Economic Context: Laws operate and are formed within and influence economic systems, and as such, they must be analyzed both for their legal merits and their economic impacts.
Aggressive Reform: Many laws have exceeded their usefulness and have only burdened Americans. As such, they must be aggressively reformed or repealed to ensure fairness in a rapidly changing economic landscape.
Foundation of Education: Through "The Economist Attorney," I aim to simplify the law and economics that shape our lives. Through this work, I hope to empower readers to advocate for policies and practices that protect and ensure their own futures.
